SCV JUMP N SLIDE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How long will it take for delivery and pick-up?
It takes about 20-30 minutes for each delivery, set-up, and pick-up.

2. Where is the ideal spot to set up the inflatable bouncer unit?
The best location is a flat, open, grassy area with no slopes. The bouncer can be set up on grass, cement, concrete or asphalt. You must have at least 1 foot of extra space around the perimeter of the bouncer. The entrance side of the bouncer should be facing an open area.

3. What is needed to set up a bouncer/waterslide?
For power, a standard 110V household outlet is required. We provide extension cords for outlets. For the water slides, a standard outside water faucet is required. A hose is provided if needed.

4. How do I book or reserve a bouncer/waterslide?
Call Wendy at 661-860-7376 or Chris at 661-860-7375 ~ We accept cash or check upon delivery.

5. What about deposits, payment and cancellations?
We do require a deposit.  Deposits will be refunded only upon SCV Jump N Slide canceling your event due to weather related issues.  Once the unit is set-up there will be no refunds as full payment will be due prior to the event starting.

6. What is the rain or bad weather policy?
We reserve the right not to setup if bad weather is pending. If we cancel due to weather you will not be charged.

7. Are we insured?
Yes, we are insured and licensed.

8. How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend you reserve 4-6 weeks in advance. Since we have a limited number of products it is a good idea to reserve weeks ahead of time to ensure availability.

9. Are our products clean?
Yes, all of our bouncers units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play.

10. Is our company licensed to operate at a Park?
Yes, we are a Licensed and Insured Company that can operate and set up at Park Facilities. Most parks have different policies on what they need to set up a bouncer or have a party. The best thing to do is contact the park you are interested in booking and ask what they need from both you and the Rental Company.
